3P FUND

3P Fund is a public/private investment fund aimed at supporting the capital of Moroccan SMEs and co-managed with Attijari Invest via the Joint-Venture ENTREPRISE PARTENAIRES.

This investment fund benefits from the complementary expertise of ATLAMED and Attijari Invest which combines:

ATLAMED's experience in the active accompaniment of SMEs in majority position
Attijari Invest's expertise in fund governance, deal flow and financial engineering
The common will to build a perennial, independent and highly professional management structure, according to the best international standards of private equity

Investment strategy

Buyout and Development Capital for Moroccan companies with strong development potential
SMEs with a turnover of less than 100 MDHs
Synergies with the Kingdom's sectoral development plans (Green Morocco, Renewable Energies, "Morocco's global businesses",...)

Shareholders

3P Fund is allocated 400 MDhs in subscription commitments from the Caisse Centrale de Garantie as well as from leading private Moroccan financial institutions.

Portfolio

The activities of 3P Fund started in the first half of 2012 and currently have 9 participations in the portfolio.
